Construction Management

WB Huff Construction Services provides consultation services to the owner during the development and design phases, but act as the equivalent of a general contractor during the construction phase.

We are fully responsible for early coordination during the design phase, value engineering and constructability reviews, as well as the selection and contracting of, scheduling of, and sequencing of all trade subcontractors and material vendors.

Design-Build

We partner with the design team directly to act as a single entity to provide a singularly unified approach from concept to completion tailored specifically to the owner’s requirements.

As with Construction Management, we are fully responsible for early coordination during the design phase, value engineering and constructability reviews, as well as the selection and contracting of, scheduling of, and sequencing of all trade subcontractors and material vendors.

Owner Representation

WB Huff Construction Services also provides Owner Representation services. During the Owner Representation engagement, we truly stand in the owner’s shoes for all aspects of the project.

We advise and assist the owner in qualifying and selecting the right team members (designers, testing firms, contractors, etc.), establishing the project budget and developing the project schedule. We oversee the design development and construction process from beginning to end to ensure the owner’s interests are protected and expectations are met to the highest degree possible.

Project Consulting

WB Huff Construction Services also offers more specific project consulting services. No matter what challenges we are faced with, our construction consultation team will be by your side every step of the way.

Whether just in need of some general guidance for direction at project conception or for such specific needs as reviewing schedules, estimates, or change order claims, we have the knowledge and experience to help the owner meet their project needs without a long term commitment.
